Armed Forces Lesbian & Gay Association Support Group For Gay, Lesbian & Bi-sexual Armed Forces Personnel Past & Present
The Armed Forces Lesbian and Gay Association (AFLaGA) was launched on 23rd June 2001, to support serving and retired members of the Armed Forces who are Gay, Lesbian or Bi-sexual. Although Ex-Officio the Association aims to represent the views of this part of the Armed Forces Community in much the same way as the Service Families Association(s).

Sistahood is run voulntarily by two women living in rural Northumberland.

Welcome to Stonewall
Stonewall was founded in 1989 by women and men who had been active in the struggle against Section 28 of the Local Government Act. Their aim was to create a professional lobbying group that would prevent such attacks on lesbians, gay men and bisexuals ever occurring again and to put the case for equality on the mainstream political agenda by winning support within all the political parties.



Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association
GALHA provides a voice for the many non-religious in the lesbian and gay community in the United Kingdom and elsewhere and promotes a rational humanist approach to homosexuality and to lesbian, gay and bisexual rights as human rights.


Lesbian and Gay Rights at Work, An Issue for NATFHE Branches
NATFHE is firmly committed to opposing discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual or transsexual members. The union's Constitution and Rules commit NATFHE to ‘protect members who are individually or collectively discriminated against or harassed on grounds of colour, ethnic origin, gender, disability, age or sexual orientation' and to ‘promote policies directed towards the elimination of behaviour, attitudes or practices which discriminate' on these grounds.
