However, it is helpful if you provide a "Confidential Support Name" (this can be your first name, a nickname, a code name etc.) for future reference if there is further exchange of emails between us; We undertake to take all reasonable steps to preserve the confidentiality of your enquiry when transiting through our system; We strongly recommend that you take all necessary steps to ensure that no one around you can see what you are typing and that you close your browser/clear all from sent box once you have sent your message to us and finished using this website.
